Case 13: In this patient, an existing rib graft over the nasal bridge was left alone. Even though it was a little crooked, she was more bothered by her tip and so, surgery was limited to correction of the tip asymmetry. This required additional irradiated donor rib cartilage grafting to increase length and help repair the tip collapse on the left. Reprojection and definition of the tip improved the overall nasal contour.
