Case 14: Revision rhinoplasty comes in all forms. In this case, over-reduction of the nasal bridge without proper tip adjustment, had created a pollybeak appearance. By re-supporting and defining the tip a more refined, natural appearance can be created. A subtle narrowing of the nostril flare helped put the finishing touches while still preserving the natural alar contours.
