Revision Rhinoplasty Case 36

Case 36: This patient had developed a lot of scar tissue after 2 previous rhinoplasties and felt her nose was too big for her face. She wanted a much smaller, more feminine nose and preferred a slight slope. She’s thrilled that her new nose suits her so well and really softens her features.
