Rhinoplasty, Buccal Lipectomy, Facial Fat Transfer: Before and After 1 Year.
Buccal lipectomy, or cheek fat reduction surgery involves removing the buccal fat pads from the lower cheek, creating a slimmer facial appearance in patients who feel that their cheeks are disproportionate to their face.
This helped achieving a contoured look without contouring!
Fat transfer to under her eyes helped rejuvenating her appearance tremendously. It treats dark circles and hollows under the eyes. Fat is plentiful, easy to harvest, and because it is your own tissue, there is no need to worry about your body having a negative reaction to the treated area or excessive swelling.
Those procedures along with a rhinoplasty which gave her nose more definition and a softer nasal contour, helped achieve the look this beautiful patient always wanted.
